The intention and mission of this supportive space is to share the many practices of yoga that promote self-awareness, self-healing, and peace. Practices from many lineages are embraced and combined in class to meet our current personal and cultural needs. Beyond the physical postures; breath, mantra, visualization, meditation and mudra reach and help transform us on even the most subtle of layers.

While using various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional movement exercises also emphasize core stability.
